The owner, Alfonso Grassopoulos, is Greek-Italian having his origin from the Greek side in Pelion where he discovered the miracle of the nature and its valuable products.

As father of 4 young children, he faced himself many times the dilemma of selecting the origin of the family's food, the quality and the freshness. After many years of experience and passion in offering always the best quality food for his growing children, he discovered the importance of this small luxury on the family table: olive oil and honey.
